Salted Sprig requires a coordinator for ANY wedding, catered event over 100 people, conference or festival. Our goal day of your event is to be able to flawlessly cater without any disruption or imposition. The Day of Coordinator allows our team to have a go-to person and provides you the peace of mind that everything is under control. We can provide a Day of Coordinator for a fee or a list of suggested Coordinators in the area if there isn't someone you are already working with. If Salted Sprig does not have the Day of Coordinator contact information at least 7 days in advance of your event we reserve the right to modify the menu and/or cancel the event.

Event catering is often limited by venue restrictions or constraints. In order to correctly fulfill your menu details Salted Sprig must do a venue walk through with you or your designated coordinator at least 30 days in advance of your event. This includes events located at Salted Sprig. Without a proper walk through at least 30 days in advance Salted Sprig reserves the right to modify the menu and/or cancel the event.

Included in event catering for Salted Sprig are service platters, service bowls, charcuterie boards, serving tongs and spoons. All dishware, silverware, linens/napkins, or drinkware for plated dinners must be arranged outside of Salted Sprig. If you are in need of a suggestion for an event rental company we can provide one. If Salted Sprig is to provide single use items for your event (including but not limited to plates, bowls, cutlery, napkins, drinkware) there will be a fee associated. Consistent with our efforts to be as sustainable as possible Salted Sprig will use only single use products that are earth friendly i.e no plastic.

If your event is outside of 25 miles of Ketchum, ID you will have a Distance Fee.

If your event needs access to the food truck onsite you will have a Food Truck Fee.

If your event needs more than 3 hours of Salted Sprig staff time before your event occurs you will be charged a Consultation Fee.

If you desire to do a full sit down tasting before your event there will be a $200 minimum and an additional $50 per person for more than 3 people. We will not do tasting menus for more than 5 people. Sit down tasting menus are limited to Salted Sprig availability and subject to change.

Once you pay a deposit, that is the point in which your date/event are secured.

Deposits are refundable at 25% up to 31 days in advance of your date/event.
